what should I wear to my appointment?
Regardless of who you are seeing, it is always a good idea to arrive in clothing that you can move around in comfortably.
If you are seeing a physiotherapist or chiropractor, wear clothing that allows access to the area of your body that you want treated.
If you are coming for a Pilates session please arrive prepared to move in bare feet or socks, and wear comfortable clothing that you want to exercise in, but that is not so loose it will get caught in the equipment.
-
is there studio ettiquette?
Please use quiet voices in shared areas, treatments may be in progress.
Arrive on time for your class. To protect everyone’s belongings, the front door is locked between sessions. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the door will be locked and you may miss your class.
If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible so someone else can take your spot.
Please do not arrive to an appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, or if you believe you may be currently contagious. Please call and we will reschedule your appointment for when you are well again.
