We respect the varying needs of our patients, and are committed to providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone to receive treatment.
Please do not arrive at any appointment if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of illness. Please call and we will reschedule your appointment for when you are well again.
ACCESSIBILITY
The entrance to the clinic has one 5 inch step-up. We have a removable ramp to assist anyone with reduced mobility gain entrance to the clinic. Please let us know when you book your appointment if you would like the ramp in place for your arrival. Our treatment rooms are all accessible, as well as one of our two bathrooms. There is a designated parking space for people with disabilities just on the corner with 2nd St.
Parking in front of the clinic is competitive. Spots can usually be found on the 200 Blocks of 2nd and 3rd street. Please give yourself ample time to park and arrive to your appointment on time.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel due to health reasons, please provide as much notice as possible. We appreciate you keeping the clinic healthy.

Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy treatments can be billed to your insurance company. We bill to most major insurance companies, including ICBC. Our treatments are eligible for WCB claims, but we do not direct bill for you.
There is the option to provide all of your insurance information on your initial intake form , you can also bring it with you to your first visit.
Pilates Privates, Duets and group classes are not eligible for direct billing.

Movement Therapy sessions are delivered by registered clinicians, and combines techniques from Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Pilates, and other movement methodologies. It helps patients who are rehabilitating from injuries, looking for support with chronic impairments and movement dysfunctions, or who simply want to move more comfortably through their lives.
You can expect a combination of hands on treatment and therapeutic exercise.

Regardless of who you are seeing, it is always a good idea to arrive in clothing that you can move around in comfortably.
If you are seeing a physiotherapist wear clothing that allows access to the area of your body that you want treated.
If you are coming for a Pilates session please arrive prepared to move in bare feet or socks, and wear comfortable clothing that you want to exercise in, but that is not so loose it will get caught in the equipment.

We are Unit C, which is accessed off of Orton Street. We are beside the Dream Lounge, around the corner from The Bierhaus.
The front door remains locked during sessions. Your instructor or therapist will be sure to unlock the door a minimum of 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Michelle De Agrela currently has her schedule closed to new clients. Megan and Whitney are accepting new clients in their Pilates practices. Our online booking site is the easiest way to see who has availability that works with your schedule. If you cant find a spot we recommend adding yourself to the wait-list, as cancellations and changes happen regularly.

You can buy digital gift cards on our booking site with a credit card. Alternatively you can purchase gift cards in person at the clinic.
Gift cards never expire, but our treatment prices may change. The amount on the gift card will be honoured, but there may be a remaining fee due, if there is a price increase.
